Your hosts: Pauline and Madsen have travelled all over the world alone or with friends before they met, then intensively as a childless couple and even as a family with three sons, first small and now long grown up, they have travelled everywhere:
Whether in Germany, in (almost) all European countries or worldwide with destinations on all five continents. More and more they used holiday flats. The advantages were clear: no anonymous hotel room, mostly fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and usually space for the children to play.
The couple developed a keen sense of which holiday apartment offers were only a sham, which were good and which were a pearl. The idea of offering holiday flats themselves in their home south of Munich matured early on.
They achieved their first rental success with a small condominium in the centre of Munich, which was occupied by one of their adult sons. Even today, the flat is usually bookable in July and August of a year. Renting quickly turned from a hobby into a commercial success.
In the meantime, we not only rent out our own 140 m2 flat in the house in Baierbrunn and temporarily our son's flat, but also other flats for third parties who are either travelling for a few months or permanently make their domicile available as a holiday home.
All flats have one thing in common: We know what a 5-star Airbnb flat or 10-point booking.com flat has to do to stand up to any criticism and leave our guests with a nice memory of their time in Munich or in the south of Munich. Our guests should feel comfortable and have a perfect retreat in any weather.
You can book all flats directly on this page without booking portal fees, this way it is cheapest for you. Please note that a deposit of 500 euros is always due. The deposit is included in the total rental price charged and will be refunded after moving out. Payment when booking via our own website is made with Paypal. The refund of the deposit is then made as a repayment on the Paypal payment.
