The central location allows you to easily reach all of Munich’s sights. After an exciting day in the city, you can relax and unwind in your cozy home.

Good to know:

• For longer stays (from 14 days) an intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels every 7 to 10 days is mandatory for 249 euros per cleaning. Dates by arrangement.
• Attention Oktoberfest visitors: The subway takes you to Goetheplatz in just 7 minutes, from there it is only a few steps to the festival grounds.
• The entire house is equipped with fast WiFi using mesh technology with download rates of at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s from any location in the apartment.
• The house is open to children of all ages and offers numerous play opportunities, especially the playhouse in the garden. The playhouse can be climbed and accordingly there is a certain risk of accidents. Please always supervise accordingly!
• For security reasons, the entrance area is monitored with a video camera.
• Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
• Parties are not allowed. Of course you can invite your friends or family and have a get-together with up to 15 people (sufficient crockery is available).
• Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment to protect people with animal hair allergies.

This spacious accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a large apartment of 350m² of living space and offers you a unique living experience. Although your 130m² (1400 sf) apartment is part of the entire apartment, the owner’s areas are temporarily closed off during your stay to ensure your privacy.

During this time, the owner uses a separate side entrance, which is located near the entrance to your apartment.

Since the holiday apartment is also used privately when it is not rented out, some cupboards are marked as private and are not available to you.

The rental is carried out in the name and on account of the owner by the experienced holiday home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR. This gives you the benefit of professional service and a private ambience with a special charm.

Of course, the rental takes place within the framework of the legal requirements of the city of Munich for holiday apartments. The rental price includes 7% VAT. We would be happy to issue you an invoice on request.

Enjoy maximum flexibility when you arrive! Your key is safely stored in a key box, which you can easily reach from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. So you are not bound to any fixed times and can start your journey relaxed.
