This lovely 106 m² (1141 sq ft) apartment is your perfect getaway, located between the vibrant city of Munich and the breathtaking Bavarian Alps. Whether you’re a group of adults or a large family, this fully equipped and tastefully furnished space offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
Relax and unwind:
- Spacious living/dining area (33 m² / 355 sq ft): Unwind on the large, comfortable couch (convertible into a bed upon request) and enjoy a movie night on the 55-inch Smart TV with access to all TV channels and popular streaming services. The beautiful dining table offers ample space for everyone to gather for meals.
- Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring an oven, stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, and glassware. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, flour, vinegar, and oil as a starter kit.
- Sunny terrace (15 m² / 161 sq ft): Step out onto the spacious terrace and soak up the sun in the lounge seating area. Facing southwest, you can enjoy stunning sunsets. The terrace is partially covered, allowing you to relax outdoors even on rainy days. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but ashtrays are provided on the terrace. On hot days, an awning provides shade over the entire terrace, creating a cool and comfortable space to unwind after your adventures.

- Bedroom 1: Features a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two high-quality mattresses and a small balcony facing northeast with seating and an ashtray.
- Bedroom 2: Offers a bunk bed suitable for one adult and two children.
- Bedroom 3: Includes another large double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two high-quality mattresses.
Freshen up:
- Bathroom: Equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, makeup mirror, personal scale, first aid kit, and a shower-bathtub combination.
- Separate toilet: Located next to the bathroom for added convenience.
Good to know:
- For longer stays (from 14 days), an intermediate cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is mandatory every 7 to 10 days for 149 euros per cleaning. Dates can be arranged upon request.
- Attention Oktoberfest visitors: The journey to the Oktoberfest by public transport takes around 70-80 minutes. We recommend traveling by car to the Wolfratshausen S-Bahn station and then taking the train to Hackerbrücke, followed by a 1000-meter walk to the main entrance.
- The entire house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi using mesh technology, with download speeds of at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s from any location in the apartment.
- The house is open to children of all ages.
- Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
- Parties are not allowed. However, you are welcome to invite friends or family for a get-together with up to 12 people (sufficient crockery is available).
- Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment to protect those with allergies.
You’re living in a small apartment building on the 2nd floor. The entire apartment is newly and tastefully furnished as a holiday apartment and meets all needs, whether for a group of adults or a large family. Whether as a holiday home or a large apartment for your temporary work stay. This is the perfect feel-good oasis between Munich and the Upper Bavarian Alps.
We recommend travelling by car, as this way you can always reach all the tourist highlights of Upper Bavaria independently and quickly. A private, lockable garage is available for you, where you can park a normal sized car.
The flat is located in a quiet and very safe residential area. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Just a few walking minutes away is a local recreation area with extensive walking opportunities and a great children’s playground.
The entire flat is supplied with fast WiFi.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace and balcony. Parties are not allowed. Of course you can hold family reunions with up to 10 people (sufficient crockery is available). Pets are not allowed.
Please note that for stays of 14 days or more, we clean the apartment and change the bed linen every 7-10 days at the final cleaning price stated in the booking. This ensures that you can always use the flat in the best possible condition, even during longer stays. We will, of course, arrange the exact cleaning times with you during the day so that you are not disturbed as much as possible.
Enjoy maximum flexibility on your arrival! Your key is safely kept in a key box, which you can easily access from 5 pm on the day of arrival. This way you are not bound to any fixed times and can start your journey relaxed.
