Welcome to your dream house on the Würm River!

This spacious house with approximately 290m² (3121 sq ft) of living space on three floors offers you and your family or group an unforgettable holiday surrounded by beautiful nature.

Enjoy the unique location:

• Located directly on the Würm River, which is fed by Lake Starnberg and flows into the Isar. Refresh yourself in the cool water or drift comfortably downstream on an air mattress.
• Relax on the various terraces overlooking the river and the beautiful biotope. Thanks to numerous lounge and garden furniture, the garden becomes a second living room in summer.

Wellness and recreation:

• The newly renovated pool in the basement with state-of-the-art technology and counter-current system offers bathing fun for young and old. The water is heated to a pleasant 26° Celsius all year round and the room temperature is a constant 28° Celsius.
• Right next to the swimming pool there is a sauna with cold and hot water shower, relaxation room, bathrobes and bath towels – perfect for relaxing after an active day.

Comfort and cosiness:

• The spacious living and dining area on the ground floor (approx. 70m² / 753 sq ft) invites you to linger with its cosy sofa corner, a 65 inch smart TV and a fireplace (usable October to April).
• In the separate BBQ house (approx. 20 meters from the house) you will find a gas/charcoal BBQ with accessories as well as various leisure and sports equipment such as table tennis table, bathing articles, boccia game and dart board.

Space for the whole family or groups:

• 5 bedrooms with 3 double and 5 single beds (spread over the ground and upper floor) offer enough space for up to 11 people. More people are not possible.
• A cot for children up to 3 years is also available.
• 4.5 bathrooms provide sufficient comfort.

Ideal connection:

• The location is perfect: pure nature yet only 28 minutes by car from Munich’s Stachus.
• With the S-Bahn (S-Bahn station Stockdorf in about 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot) you can reach Munich city centre in just 22 minutes (every 20 minutes). Ideal for visiting major events such as concerts or the Oktoberfest!

Additional information:

• For longer stays (from 14 days) an intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels every 7 to 10 days is obligatory for 349 Euro per cleaning. Dates by arrangement.
• Attention Oktoberfest visitors: The S-Bahn takes you to Hackerbrücke in just 20 minutes, from there it is only about 1000 meters to the festival grounds.
• Fast Wi-Fi in mesh mode (at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s) throughout the house.
• Children of all ages are welcome! Please note that children must always be supervised by adults at the pool, river and on the terrace.
• The entrance area is video monitored for security reasons.
• Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
• Parties are not allowed. The maximum number of guests allowed in the house or on the property is 11.
• Pets are not allowed.

Enjoy the exclusive use of the house and the spacious, approximately 900 m² (9687 sq ft) garden, including a spacious terrace directly on the Würm. Here you can expect an unobstructed view over the river and absolute privacy.

The rental is carried out in the name and on account of the owners by the experienced holiday home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR. This way you benefit from professional service and a private ambience with special charm. The rental price includes 7% VAT. We will be happy to issue you an invoice on request.

Enjoy maximum flexibility on your arrival! Your key is safely stored in a key box, which you can easily reach from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. So you are not bound to fixed times and can start your journey relaxed.
