The convenient location allows you to easily reach all of Munich’s attractions. After an exciting day exploring the city, you can relax and unwind in your cozy home.

Good to know:

• For longer stays (from 14 days), an intermediate cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is mandatory every 7 to 10 days for 199 euros per cleaning. Dates can be arranged upon request.
• Attention Oktoberfest visitors: The S-Bahn (station about 7 minutes away by car, buses also go directly from the apartment to the S-Bahn station) takes you to Hackerbrücke in just 30 minutes. From there, it is about 1000 meters to the main entrance of the Oktoberfest.
• The entire house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi using mesh technology, with download speeds of at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s from any location in the apartment.
• The house is open to children of all ages.
• For security reasons, the entrance area is video-monitored.
• Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
• Parties are not allowed. However, you are welcome to invite friends or family for a get-together with up to 12 people (sufficient crockery is available).
• Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment to protect those with allergies.

The house is self-contained and includes all three floors. You’ll have the ground floor and the first floor all to yourself. In the basement, there’s a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer that you can use at any time. There are also some locked storage rooms that are not accessible to you. You’ll be staying in a quiet residential area with detached houses and minimal traffic.

You can easily get around and arrive by public transport. The bus stop is only a 5-7 minute walk away. The bus runs every 20 minutes and will take you to the “Starnberg Nord” S-Bahn station in just 7 minutes. From there, you can reach Munich Central Station by S-Bahn, which also runs every 20 minutes, in about 30 minutes.

By car, you can reach Munich city center in about 35 minutes.

Since the house is also used privately when it is not rented out, some cupboards are marked as private and are not available for your use.

Enjoy maximum flexibility on your arrival! Your key is safely kept in a key box, which you can easily access from 5 pm on the day of arrival. This way you are not bound to any fixed times and can start your journey relaxed.

Perfect location: In just 24 minutes by S-Bahn (every 20 minutes) in the center of Munich. All Upper Bavarian sights are easily accessible by car.

The artist’s holiday home near Munich

This stylish holiday home offers space for up to 11 people and a baby on 220m² (2368 sq ft) of living space. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the perfect location: pure nature and yet only 25 minutes by car from Munich’s Marienplatz. You can reach the city center in just 25 minutes with the S-Bahn (S-Bahn station Deisenhofen in 3 minutes by car or 14 minutes on foot).

Relax in a spacious ambience

The living and dining area with open kitchen extends over almost 70m² (753 sq ft). The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and offers you basic equipment with sugar, salt, pepper, flour, tea, coffee, vinegar and oil.

Four bedrooms offer you flexible sleeping options:

• Bedroom 1: Two single beds (90x200cm) that can be put together to form a double bed. En suite bathroom with shower, bath, bidet, toilet and sink.
• Bedroom 2: Two levels, each with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be put together to form a double bed. Level 2 can be reached via a ladder.
• Bedroom 3: Two levels. Downstairs a single bed (90x200cm), upstairs two single beds (90x200cm) that can be put together to form a double bed. Level 2 can be reached via a ladder.
• Bedroom 4 (in the basement): Two single beds (90x200cm) that can be put together to form a double bed.

Three bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1 (upper floor): With shower, bath, toilet and sink.
• Bathroom 2 (upper floor): Located next to bedrooms 2 and 3 and is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
• Bathroom 3 (ground floor): With shower, toilet and sink.

Creative space for ideas

In the basement there is a 44m² (474 sq ft) studio with:

• Seating area for 4 people
• Fully equipped workstation with HD monitor, keyboard and mouse (connection to laptop via USB-C)
• Large meeting table with 10 seats, 55-inch 4k monitor and whiteboard
• Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, cleaning agents, iron and ironing board
• Three rooms are locked and serve as storage rooms that are not accessible to you.

• In the garden there is a beautiful pond, which is separated from the rest of the garden by flower pots for child safety.

The house is self-contained and comprises all three floors of the very spacious house. You live next door to other detached houses in a quiet cul-de-sac. The “Deisenhofen” S-Bahn station (13 minutes) and the center of Deisenhofen or Oberhaching can be reached on foot.
